Strike height

What it is

The strike height is the position at which an attack will be effective. While deceptively simple in concept, it is still important to note, particularly in contrast with the “height” at which to block a hitbox (overhead, low, “high”).

For example, a projectile may have a high strike height (and thus be hard to jump over, and maybe easy to duck under), and a sweep generally has a low strike height.
